The Wedding Hotel

We will be staying at the Sheraton Kona and we’d recommend this hotel if you’d like to be near the wedding events on Friday and Saturday!

We have a room block available at the Sheraton under Ramanathan-Holiday, or you can book online! Room rates for the block are $180-219 per night, depending on the view you’d like.

Please note that the room rate must be booked by December 15

Sheraton Kona Ground Transportation

• Airport shuttle: Roberts Hawaii Express Shuttle at 866-579-2536. We were told fares are $22 per person one way or $40 round trip.
• Taxis take 20-40 minutes from the airport and cost $55 and up.
• Rental Cars
  • Most major companies serve the Kona airport.
  • The Sheraton has a Hertz counter if you want to pick up or drop off there

Driving Directions to the Sheraton

Turn south onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway (Highway 19). Remain on Queen K as it becomes Kuakini Highway (Highway 11) through Historic Kailua Village for approximately 12 miles. As you head up a slight incline, move into the right lane and turn right onto Kamehameha III Road at the lighted intersection. Follow “Kam III Road” down to the 2nd light, which is Ali’I Drive, where you’ll turn left. Follow Ali’I Drive to the next traffic light, where you’ll turn right onto Kaleiopapa Street.

The entrance to Sheraton Kona is at the bottom of the street and to your left.
